Jorick has worked for several years at home and abroad as a technical draughtsman, piping designer, structure designer, project consultant and calculator.
 

He noticed that there was poor communication between the client and the project and engineering team.

He discovered unfinished P&IDs, which the draftsman must rely on to design a 3D model.
 

It also became apparent that a lot of important information was always not reaching the right recipient, due to too many intermediaries and multiple projects being taken on simultaneously.
 

These experiences made Jorick decide to establish R-tech.
 

His goal is to offer a better service for the customer.
 

R-tech is a small company, focusing on one project at a time rather than multiple projects at once.
