-
Solar Receiver Engineering for the sustainable energy of the future. For an international energy project by John Cockerill Group (formerly CMI), R-Tech Design had the opportunity to contribute to the engineering of an innovative molten salt installation for a concentrated solar power plant.List item 1
-
Industrial Wastewater Treatment Industrial Wastewater Treatment System Engineering for sustainable water purification and environmental technology. R-Tech Design was commissioned by HB Drilling for the development of an innovative industrial wastewater treatment plant. The goal of this project was to design a reliable and efficient installation that optimizes the wastewater process, increases operational reliability, and contributes to more sustainable water management.List item 2
-
High Pressure Steam Boiler Engineering for high-pressure steam systems. For this project, R-Tech Design was engaged to develop the complete engineering of an industrial high-pressure steam boiler in collaboration with Jacobs.List item 3
-
Hot Strip Mill Engineering for a complex brownfield upgrade within an operational steel plant. For the modernization of a Hot Strip Mill in Wallonia, R-Tech Design was engaged as the engineering partner for the expansion of the existing process plant. The steel plant produces high-quality coils for the aerospace, automotive, and general industries, among others, where reliability and continuity of production are of crucial importance. Because the plant had to remain largely operational during the project, the greatest challenge lay in designing and integrating new utilities within an existing infrastructure without unplanned production downtime.List item 4
-
Hot plate MillSteel Plate Mill Engineering for a large-scale expansion of a steel rolling mill. For a leading European producer of thin steel plates, R-Tech Design was engaged as engineering partner for a large-scale expansion project with an investment value of approximately €40 million.
-
Process and Storage ExpansionEngineering for growing production capacity. Industrial expansion projects require more than just extra space. New process plants and storage facilities must seamlessly integrate with existing production processes without jeopardizing plant continuity.
